Description:
Small family house on a 3x3 lot, with Bigger Attic and basement. Sparsely furnished to keep the price down. Like in a lot of old buildings, the bathroom of this house has been added a long time after it was built (hence the unusual location) -- I imagine it would be a former laundry room or storage space.

This is designed to work for everyone: does not require any EPs as it was made with Numenor's BaseGameStarter, is Seasons-weatherproof, has enough room for driveways in front of the house if you have NL. There's lots of room for a garden as well.

1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x basement (empty)

All basics included, but I just realized that the bookshelf apparently didn't make it aboard -- it used to be in the back hallway, next to where the trashcan is now. (That hallway would also be a good spot for a One Desk, btw)

This can easily be tweaked into a Bay Tree Drive lot if you add a fence and plunk down some alley trees.
