The Kaolin is a wonderful playable home with 3 bedrooms and 3.25 baths. The landscaping is breathtaking with a terraced backyard, and lots of seclueded patios - the master has a private patio complete with zen garden!

Enter this lovely home to find yourself in an open and airy layout. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room and dining room. There's also a breakfast nook in the kitchen. Light floods this house with it's neutral color pallet. Windows not only let light in, but also the wonderful landscaping as well. The terraced yard has three levels - one a BBQ area with bar, next the pool and finally the lower area is a pond (perfect for fishing). There's also a pool house with bath - wow!
