Smal Queen Anne Victorian + basement, sparsely furn, landscaped

This Small Queen Anne Victorian plays well with up to five people. It is one of my favorite starter homes, that I have built many times (and finally started keeping it around in a builder's neighborhood). For 6-8 sims, I'd recommend adding a third story as otherwise they will be quite crowded. It is sparsely furnished for 1-2 and sparsely landscaped to keep the cost under $20,000.

The basement is not very playable as it is hard to see well into such a small basement. I use it mainly for items like scratching posts, dog chew toys and other items sims don't go to very often or large items like a pool table that just take up too much space in a small house to keep upstairs.




Although I have all the expansion and stuff packs prior to Bon Voyage, I think that only nightlife is NEEDED for this lot.
