"The Granite" is a great playable traditional family home that is perfect for your sims. The best thing about his house is quite possibly the functional side car garage!

This house has 4 bedrooms (one is decorated as an office), and 3 full baths. The house has an open floorplan and from the foyer you can see the dining room, great room and gourmet kitchen.
