---------Brief---------

After a long break from making SC4 neighborhoods I suddenly had a vision, a vision a an island, an island with a low coastline varying heights and a large capacity but it had to look good.

Well I came up with this Charlton Island. In the pictures below it has highlights indicating the best possible places for types of lots.

Green = Residential
Blue = Community, Hotels or Dorms
Yellow = Neighborhood Decorations
