"Risa, also known as the "pleasure planet", is an M-class planet located in a binary star system, with two moons. It is the homeworld of the Risians and a member of the Federation. Risa is located about ninety light years from Earth."

This is the first part of a large set of lots based on/inspired by Risa, as it appeared in TNG. It includes 2 lots, a hotel and a beach. Both lots have been playtested and work well.

The hotel is a unique lot. It features 30 rooms, a small gym, 2 conference rooms, 2 game rooms, a reading room, a music room, and 2 luxury suites. Accomodations average 350/night, which is pretty reasonable for a hotel of this quality




The beach is a strecth of pristine white sand, with plenty of space to swim, sunbathe, or just hang out
