Even so it has two bedrooms, with a possibility of a third, 3 1/2 bathrooms, two living areas, one can be transformed into a bedroom, kitchen with dining room. This house does have a basement that harbors the living area/bedroom area. The basement also has access to outside. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, Ya! -.-
