Embarrassingly enough, this is my first and only starter, created around the same time that I had constructed Gates Factory.

Admittedly, I’ve been a shameless and overly enthusiastic fan of the money cheat who usually spares little thought to the costs of my lots. However, in having finally constructed a starter house of my own, I’ve developed an even deeper appreciation of the challenge that builders face in designing one.

The Factory home comes fully furnished with the basic starter necessities and a driveway.
