Firstly, this lot requires the following items which are NOT included:

Now. There are 3 floors:

The Basement

This has 2 garages, a TV/cinema room (complete with bar), an indoor pool that opens out onto the beach, a bathroom & sauna, bowling alley and a small gym.

The Ground Floor

The ground floor comprises of a large entrance/foyer with a grand staircase and indoor gardens, roomy kitchen with two ovens, dining room, sitting room, music room, powder room, billiard room, another sitting room, a sunroom, a study, and access to the balcony with amazing ocean views. :D

The First Floor

The first floor/top floor has 4 bedrooms and access to a small balcony over the front door. All the bedrooms have ensuites and plenty of space for clothes plus small study nooks. One bedroom has a door going into the master bedroom, perfect for a nursery.

Outside

Outside we have another pool with a waterfall feature, a bbq area with a hot tub, and a large waterfall. And of course a private beach.
