'Elevated Edifice' - A Modern 3 Bedroom Home

This is a large, modern style home. I wanted to give it somewhat of a warm, natural feel with wood, stone, and lots of plants - indoors and out - but still have all the modern conveniences a sim would expect. A very well-off sim, obviously.

This is another example of me saving a picture of a house that I "might copy on TS2 one of these days" then shoving it in a folder and forgetting it exists until I eventually stumble upon it again. I didn't try to copy it exactly, but I based it on this house which I think was for sale somewhere - probably Melbourne. That's the only pic I have of it.

On the ground floor there is a living room, sunken dining room, study, kitchen, powder room, and billiard/games room.

On the first floor there is a TV/games area, 2 bedrooms (one with a balcony), a bathroom, and the master bedroom which features a large ensuite bathroom and a sitting area/study, with a private balcony and access to the rear balcony as well.

Outside there is a single carport, a swimming pool, and a bbq area with hot tub and access to a small bathroom and a sauna which are built into the foundation, and lots of plants and trees.

Built on a lot which is flat around all the edges.
