I wanted to take a break from the starter house that I'm working on to start a bigger project.
While looking at Sunset Valley, I though it would be nice to do a beach house for a familly...
The lot is furnished, decorated and can welcome 6 persons.
The first floor is composed by a spacious living room, a bathroom and the kitchen.
There is also a veranda at the back to profit ot the beautiful view on the sea.
Another bathroom is on the second floor with the four bedrooms (the master bedroom, the nursery and two other bedrooms ).
The house was fully tested and I didn't encountered any problem.
