The Ginger home is a home found in the empty lot catalog, already made. I thought it could use some sprucing up (and some expansion), and voila! Here it is. The original was a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with two floors, and little landscaping. This new renovated version contains 3 bedrooms, with 2.5 bathrooms. It also has a 3rd floor bonus bedroom. There is nice landscaping around the home, with a pond, patio, and BBQ area in the back. This home was built at 451 Riverview Lane.
