Mootilda unfortunately passed away in September of 2014. They were a respected member of the community and contributed to the Simming community for many years.
Fledgling Flats is a street of new 1-story modern starter homes. Each home was designed by a first-year student entering the Landgraab Academy of Design and the teachers assure us that these houses are very livable. The substantial savings on architecture fees have been passed on directly to you.

This modernist home has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on a 2x1 lot. Along with all necessary skill-builders, there are several extras: computer, tv, and stereo. The low price of $19,498 leaves you enough to add extras, or to survive for those first few difficult days. Fully-furnished for two; the spare bedroom suite is unfurnished for future use. The foyer has double entry doors and there are also double doors into the master suite. Lighted inside and out. Tastefully decorated in muted tones, but there's plenty of time to choose your color scheme before you move-in.

This house provides a wonderful blend of form and function, and is small without being oppressive. The master bathroom has additional space for a sink and shower-tub upgrade. The spare bedroom is big enough for a nursery, twin beds, or a hobby room. The future 1-car driveway is covered, to protect you from the worst of the weather. This is a compact but stunning home for a low price.

Unfortunately, for this amount of money we were unable to supply any landscaping, except for the newly planted lawn. The parkland behind each lot is for sale, which means that you can use the LotAdjuster to expand this lot at the back, if you require additional space.
