Fledgling Flats is a new street of 1-story modern starter homes. Each home was designed by a first-year student entering the Landgraab Academy of Design and the teachers assure us that these houses are very livable. The substantial savings on architecture fees have been passed on directly to you.

This modern home has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on a 2x1 lot with all skill-builders and a few extras: computer, tv, and stereo. The low price of $19,493 will make it easy to survive until you find a job in your chosen career. Fully-furnished for two; the spare bedroom suite is unfurnished for future use. The foyer has double entry doors and there are also double doors into the master suite. Lighted inside and out. Tastefully decorated in muted tones, but there's plenty of time to choose your color scheme before you move-in.

Comfortably spacious for such a small lot. The master bathroom has additional space for a sink and shower-tub upgrade. The spare bedroom provides ample area for a nursery, twin beds, a hobby room, or a double guest suite. Both full baths can be updated with a private room for the toilet. The future 1-car driveway is fully covered; one of the few houses in this series with a carport. This is a good-sized family home for a reasonable price.

Unfortunately, for this amount of money we were unable to supply any landscaping, except for the newly planted lawn. The parkland behind each lot is for sale, which means that you can use the LotAdjuster to expand this lot at the back, if you require additional space.

The cost of this modern roof was kept low by building pillars and beams to support the weight of the multi-level roof.
