Mootilda unfortunately passed away in September of 2014. They were a respected member of the community and contributed to the Simming community for many years.
Fledgling Flats is a street of 1-story modern starter homes. Each home was designed by a first-year student entering the Landgraab Academy of Design and the teachers assure us that these houses are very livable. The substantial savings on architecture fees have been passed on directly to you.

This stucco home has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on a 2x1 lot with all skill-builders and some extras: computer, tv, and stereo. At a price of $19,430, you'll have money left for those first few difficult days on your own. Fully-furnished for two; the spare bedroom suite is left unfurnished, to complete as required. The foyer has double entry doors and there are also double doors into the master suite. Lighted inside and out. Tastefully decorated in muted tones, but there's plenty of time to choose your color scheme before you move-in.

This home packs a lot of living into a small space, while maintaining some privacy by placing the two bedrooms at opposite ends of the house. The spare bedroom is well-sized for a nursery, twin beds, or a hobby room. Both ensuite bathrooms are large enough to accommodate a sink, toilet, and shower-tub. This home also boasts one of the few fully covered carports in the neighborhood. Truly an excellent home for the money.

Unfortunately, for this amount of money we were unable to supply any landscaping, except for the newly planted lawn. The parkland behind each lot is for sale, which means that you can use the LotAdjuster to expand this lot at the back, if you require additional space.
