Well, here it is - lewjen returning to sims 2 building. :D
I would first like to point out, and thank Numenor for the AnyGame Starter - so this lot is both no CC and base game!

Woah. Building in sims 2 base game was a new challenge - definately the first thing I noticed was the roofing. No roof slope angle cheats! AAAH!

Ok, onto lot description. :p
Bedrooms: 1 (double)
Bathrooms: 1 (large)
Garages: 1 (decorative - with a few tweaks, if you have NL, I'm sure it could be made useable)
Back Garden: Yup, and it's very nice, too!

I do plan on making this into a series. So, stay tuned peeps! :D
