As you know, the upload manager was down for a while, and, as usual when I can't sumbit, I'll get a shitload of houses finished.

This is modern ranch I personally really like.


It's overall design is very modern, with a few rustic elements and bright woods/stucco.



The backyard is pretty small, but I had to squash a pool in it.


The garden is kept pretty simple, and not as messy as I asually do it. There's a carport (obviously) for one car but there's space for another parking spot
The house comes with an open floorplan and big windows to let lot's of lights in, with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom there's space for 3 Sims. On the left side of the house you'll find the utility rooms (WC, laundry)

It's built on a 30x30 lot and costs §96.143 F and §53.760 UF
