Botany is my take on a modern Australian upper-middle-class house.



The house is very compact and is actually a lot larger than it initially looks. Ground level has an open plan with a den, kitchen, and living room. This floor also has a garage, study and one full and one half bathroom. The first level has four full-sized bedrooms (two of which are furnished with ensuites) and three bathrooms.

In the backyard you will find a pool, a BBQ and a jacuzzi.

The house is very flexible thanks to all the rooms and overall square footage. It is suitable for large and small families. A small lot of 20x30 means the house can fit on almost any lot, and allows for user customization if needed.
