This is a mobile home on a 1/2 acre lot in the country. The perfect place for a family of sims. It has a small pond on the lot with front and back porches and a small patio with a grill and picnic table. The lot has a swing set for the kiddies as well as the usual chess table, tv and computers. I live in a mobile home myself. I built this for the simmies that want a comfortable and affordable alternative. I used the following kits, Courtyard Oasis, Greenhouse Haven and the new Grange Mudroom Kit. Enjoy.
