2016-03-05: Reuploaded again since some people apparently still had issues. What I changed in this version was the STBLs (string tables); I recreated them from scratch now.
It is not technically wall-mounted (but sits flush with the wall by default), so that it can be put on foundations and fences as well without fiddling. Same colour variants (nine all in all) as the awning, textures are referenced from that; rig and tuning are that of some mediocre Maxis loveseat. It costs 120§ and is available in Outdoor Seating.
