This custom content is my first upload here. I hope you like it. I'm 38 years old, but my English are bad, i mean not really good enough because English not my first language. That's why so many try and error to be her, please forgive my faults, staff!

For my self i am very like this Room Devider.
It has not much polygons, here is the details:
LOD 0 (high) 496 polygons
LOD 1 (medium) 423 polygons
shadow high and medium 397 polygons

And for the textures on each swatch:

1st swatch (the tree) is from http://indulgy.com/post/2Gvj7ktcX3/...life-wall-decor
2nd swatch (it is the metal wall art) can be found here http://wearmoa.com/metal-sculpture-wall-art/3/
3rd swatch (the animal/kid theme) is found here, I modified a little bit

When you finish your installation this single object, find this nice Room Devider in your buy mode, open on decorations>misc. Gotcha! Make sure you want to buy it because the pice is 250 in simoleon, oh not expensive! EA's version 290, right? Okay, there are 5 swatches or textures for this room devider. But, if you want to add the texture, you can do BUT please let me know it first. Do not recolour with no my permission.
