This house isn't cheap, though it is cheaper than many of my houses. The point of this modern house was fitting in as much stuff and bedrooms as I thought looked best/worked well on this lot size. It's ideal for adding a family house in a neighborhood that is low on space. One bonus is the kids play room in the second story basement!
