I would like to share with you Nova 1, modern family house.





The house is heavily based on real plans made by Concept Home.










Nova 1 comes in both furnished (for 117 370) and unfurnished (for 42 221), the second version have a slight diffrent layout which becouse of bulid in closets as you can see on the second set of layouts.
