It was brought to my attention that there were a few items flashing blue on entering the lot. I have now added the missing recolours causing this in a seperate file, If you have not downloaded the lot yet then make sure you install these files BEFORE installing the lot. If you have already installed the lot you can add these files and on entering the lot you will need to go into the cheat window type 'changelotzoning residential' go back to hood then re-enter the lot and use the recolour tool to fix the flashing blue. Sadly items will still stay blue in the category. If you dont want it to stay blue then you will need to delete the lot and install again, making sure you install the missing recolours BEFORE installing the lot. Sorry for any inconvienence!

Just a modest 4 unit apartment block,
Each unit is set on three stories with the bottom story being a small basement in each.

They all have private back yards only acessible from each house. Please note, that for this to function as an apartment lot there is an invisible fence around the back steps outside, it does not stop the sims from using their backyard but if you somehow delete it it will no longer function correctly.

All units have the same rooms and layout, although the outside two are a little bigger so the layout is slightly different.

I haven't taken a lot of photos inside for this one as everything is laid out the same and its just basic furnishing so the npcs have things to keep them occupied and you can put your own finishing touches in.
