A (very) late welcome upload for the year 2020. Here's a container home themed with a classic blue exterior and an industrial inspired interior.

Cost-effective, durable, and eco-friendly. These stacked containers will provide home for up to four sims, with a pool and garage, in only a small space. There are two bedrooms, one on the second floor and the master's bedroom on the third. A separate container at the third floor is used as a study area/artist's studio. The two containers on the third floor are both accessed by two separate spiral stairs.

The following custom content is used in building this lot, and thus required to appear as what is shown in screenshots.

Place the .package file in the Library folder to install (Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library).

Minor issue: As "moveobjects on" is used extensively in building this lot, one bookshelf on the third floor is unusable by sims. Just remove the clutter underneath it to fix.
