Welcome to the Renovated Industrial, a small 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom modern home! The current owners have done a lot to renovate this old industrial style house into a gorgeous modern home, whilst keeping the 'old industrial' feel with the rendering and concrete slabbed garage!


You enter to a large hallway, split with a dividing wall, giving a clear partition line between living & kitchen and the bedrooms. Through the archway straight ahead, you come to the good sized living room. The archway on the right leads you to the open kitchen/diner, and off of that, you have a small washroom and a laundry room, which also has access to the garage.
Through the archway on the left, you come to the second hallway. At the top end of this hallway, is the master bedroom, complete with en-suite bathroom. You then have a small study, main bathroom and finally, a gender-neutral child's bedroom.



Outside, you have a good sized lap pool; perfect for keeping fit and cooling off during those hot summer days! The back yard also boasts a large deck area, currently empty for the next tenants to let their imaginations run wild!
