Designed for the study, these modern, stylish objects are also ideal for placing elsewhere within your Sims home!

Update 06.09.2021 Added the Double Root End Table as now able to extract the mesh and texture.
Update 07.06.2023 Added recolors to all the objects.

My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.

Double Root End Table is an end table, costs $245, with 5 wood/4 glass color options.

Exclamation Point is a wall sculpture, costs $130, with 3 color options.

Partially General Dining Chair is a dining chair, costs $105, with 5 body/5 leather fabric color options.

The L4 Bookshelf requires the Apartment Life Expansion Pack to be installed.
The other 4 Ultra Lounge - Study items have been created from Sims2 base game objects.
The Ultra Lounge - Study zip.file contains all 5 items with separate folders for each item. I have also attached a separate zip.file of each item.
