6 bright, modern apartments for adult Sims with a communal garden to get to know the neighbors.

The apartments are mainly furnished with the Ikea Stuff Pack items; I have also used Kitchen & Bathrooms (sink), Teen Stuff (rug) and Apartment Life (stairs, windows and doors).
The lot is formatted with Mansion & Gardens Stuff Pack.

First floor: open plan living/kitchen/dining space with bathroom.
Upper floor (mezzanine): bedroom

Lot Size: 5x3
