No Initial Roomie Relationships

In an unmodded game, if you create a family, the unrelated family members have initial short-term relationships toward themselves of 10 to 45 points, and long-term – of 0 to 20.
Surprisingly, even if you create a new family and merge it with an existing family, the new Sims will have non-zero relationships with the old Sims.

This mod sets initial relationships of unrelated family members to 0.
