The second floor has a spacious living and study area, with a glass enclosed hallway leading to the second bedroom and bathroom. With a greenhouse as its main feature, several flora are scattered throughout the home for an eco-friendly vibe.

Requires the ticked expansion/stuff packs and custom content mentioned to look as what is shown in screenshots. The use of granthes' OMSP is extensive on this lot, so some clutter and decor will be badly placed if not installed. None of the mentioned custom content is included. Also, for cc published pre-Pets/pre-patch 1.26, (such as this glass top bistro table) rig fixing (1, 2) is recommended.
