Important thing to note before we begin!

This lot was inhabited. I've checked it with everything I could and it seemed to be ok. I personally downloaded inhabited lots multiple times before and it never caused me any problems, but considering how little this game needs to get corrutped - you can never know. So please proceed only if you're 100% confident!

Hello and welcome!

Allow me to untroduce you the last house from my Questionable Renovations project.

Ngl I cheated a little bit with this one, since I've ran out of my own houses to renovate - I asked my nephew, who has never played Sims 2 and, of course, never built anything, to build me something that I can renovate. I knew it's gonna be perfect material and I wasn't wrong:



Well, I mean, we've all been there. And he did ok, actually. I even kept a couple original interiour ideas *shrug*.

Basically, with this build I went like: "Ok, what would a house, that I wouldn't mind living in myself, look like?"
And so most of the insides look like a colorful night club. I love colors and neons, ok?

Now, what do we have, aside from funky design choices?

One bedroom, two bathrooms, a piano room, a bar room, a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. And a patio because I love those.
There's also a tiny room that I didn't know what to do with so I placed a juice keg and a florist workbench there because I'm a drinker who wanted to become a florist years ago

The backyard got plenty of stuff for sims to do as well. I mean, it's called "Fun Stay House" after all.

No CC used/included BUT Rug Fix is always recommended.
