Fixes the problem where a person's motives are not carried over after traveling to an owned community lot.

Motive Transport:
Copies only standard motives.

Motive Transport All Unused:
Copies the entire motive block including unused entries which may have
a purpose with a mod, and the sunshine motive of plantmen on any lot type.

Motive Transport With Outfit:
Also saves the clothing that the person was wearing when leaving and restores it on the home lot.

Only one of the packages should be installed.

Update: The Mod caused previous motives to be loaded for people invited to an outing. I apologize. They will be deleted now, and the situation will correct itself. The mod works by leaving the token in place for 5 seconds instead of deleting immediately.
