Dawson's Suburbia (Sims 3 Residential Lot)

Hello and welcome!

Presenting a house I've built for my legacy (the Dawsons, hense the name of the lot) when they were at their very start.
Now I'm gonna be honest, I'm a bit less familiar with building in Sims 3 than in Sims 2, but I think this one came out kinda good.

So it's a one story house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, big living room and the kitchen and dining area being one space. There's also an office/hobby room and a small laundry closet.
In the backyard there is a small pool, a pond, a couple of chillin' spots and a gardening area.

The house is perfect for a couple or a small family with one-two children (it's all good as long as you don't go nuts like me and make FIVE kids, get two dogs and three cats, I literally had to build a second floor for the place to stop being so crowded lol).

As long as I remember, this build is mostly using base game stuff with a bunch of Ambitions items, like washing machine, dryer and tons of clutter.

No CC used/included (the Toyota and Jeep seen on screenshots were placed just for the aesthetics).
