Hello and welcome!

This is a second lot I've built for my European 'hood (and a final one for now as I'm not planning on building any more of them).
I needed something to fill in one of the corners so I thought I might as well place an apartment building there since I don't make those very often.

Three floors with one apartment on each with some very basic furnishing, plus a small backyard with a pond.

Lot size is 20x30. The price of the whole building is 88.478.
The apartments vary from 1.044 to 1.589.
