Family Reunion tweak: check household relationships not just current sim

Invite anyone related to a member of your household when throwing a family reunion
This small override changes that behavior so now you can invite anyone related to any member of your household.
Info Update 26.10.2024:
Updated after 1.110.265.1030 (Life and Death) patch to include the blacklisted traits from the upcoming pack.
I intentionally left out `trait_GhostHasRebirthedIntoNewSim` because I don't see a reason to blacklist them at the moment.
GrimReaper is excluded by default, not a big fan of family reunions apparently.
