I am building in Newcrest so this home is a little different than my upload of the 15th. I tried to include many of screen shots of the outside of the home due to the fact that I had built my neighboring homes so close the shots are hard to get. I am also not very good at taking pictures (I cut heads off LOL) This lot includes 2 bedrooms and a study (which can be used for a bedroom if needed) I did not strictly follow the architects design as I did not like the left outside wall design. It was very blah looking so I changed that. I tried to follow the rest of the design within Sim limits including the carport. The home was built for my middle class sims. I did try to keep the packs to a minimum. I hope your sims enjoy the lot.

The car can be removed from the carport if you like. It is just a toy car expanded to give the illusion of an actual carport. The kitchen screenshot shows no backsplash cabinets this is due to a mod (not included) by Bessy No Backsplash Counters Add-On Overrides and Non-Default Clones. If you like the counters as shown in the screenshot I would recommend it.
