For Context I am a native Floridan who has never been to the beaches and islands of Vermont or Maine but this is what I imagine that cottage on an island would look like in one of those States (forgive me if it is not accurate as this is completely imaginary). I built this on the Pier Palace lot located in the Windenburg World. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I used the new Businesses & Hobbies in this build also. I hope you will Enjoy the lot.
