I made this lot to sort of match the Tomarang world. It is a little cutsie (my grandson told me it looks like barbie's doll house). It is built on a very small 20X20 lot, has 4 town homes with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths each. I only took screen shots of one town home because the layout of each is the same and the decor and placement does not differ significantly. The lot has a large basement that houses the electrical and hot water heater for each town home as well a gym equipment, pool, chess table, dart board and TV viewing area. It is a small lot with a lot packed into it. I chose the lot because of the location by the river that I my sims would love while sitting in their outside areas.
