The builder actually named this Classic Craftsman. It looks more like an 1980's or 1990's ranch to me which is why I liked it (age showing here). It has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. It also has a large room that the builder classified as attic storage but is actually just another room, which can be used for any other type of room you have a need for. The house is very spacious with a separate living room and den area (for the kids so they won't make so much noise it runs your company off.). The furnishings are very eclectic. I didn't use any type of theme. I just furnished the house with what I thought was pretty and useful. Enjoy.
