I am so very excited to share this build series!

Belladonna Cove is my favorite neighborhood. It's the best one in my book. Unfortunately, the original 4 Central Park lots look absolutely dreadful. Sad, actually.

So I have decided to replace all of them with 4 new lots. One thing that I miss from The Sims 3 is the open world gameplay, so I figured maybe I could somewhat recreate that by putting multiple buildings in one large lot, so your Sim can wander around without traveling to a different lot.



For my first lot in this series, I decided to upload the simplest one, kind of like an appetizer.
This lot is named Central Park - West.



Lot description:
For a true outdoor experience, Central Park - West offers ample space for your pets and children. Come and play at our perfectly safe, interspecies-approved playground.

If a game of soccer is more of your beat, bring your cleats and head down to our soccer field area. Seating a crowd wouldn't be a problem here!

A perfect outdoor experience wouldn't be complete without some grilling. Feel free to use our grill to make your perfect grub to chow down.

Just like what the description said, the lot is divided into 3 areas: the kids and pets playground, the BBQ/outdoor dining area, and the soccer field. My favorite is definitely the soccer field since I get to map out the soccer goals, the bleachers, and the "net" around the field. I think it looks pretty realistic. If you could find a custom rug that mimic the lines in a soccer field just like the ones for basketball that's already in the game, that would be the cherry on top.



Oh, and this is how the four lots would look like from the edge of Central Park - West. I made sure that all the middle roads were lined up perfectly, In The Sims 3 world, your Sim could walk from the West all the way to the East in a straight line
