Cleveland's Modern Farmhouse - 4BR/5BA, CC build content only

Say hello to my new favorite build!



This build is based on a real house plan from Architectural Design! The house plan stood out to me because it's both simple and interesting, and it has that farmhouse charm that I personally love.

In my gameplay, the house was placed on the westernmost point of Belladonna Cove, intended for Tara Cleveland (formerly DeBateau) and Justin Cleveland to move into after getting married, having twins, moving out of the DeBateau mansion, and inviting Justin's parents to live with them in their retirement years, hence the large space needed for all 6 of them (and maybe 7 soon!)

This house has 4 bedrooms in total with the master bedroom on the first floor and the rest of the bedrooms on the second floor. You can add another bedroom upstairs if you decide to convert the study room into another bedroom, making this build suitable for large sim families.

The highlight of this house for me is probably the two-story living room and outdoor dining space right outside, as they make the house feel more open and grand. The backyard is also another favorite, with a large pool, a lounging area, and a separate gym just like Tara's childhood home.

This build is my most CC-heavy yet, but I kept it for build content only in order to get the same feel as the original house plan. These are the mods and CC I use for this build:
