Alongside playing the DeBateau family in Belladonna Cove, I am also playing Jessica Peterson, Armand DeBateau's ex-wife. After working hard while living in the cheapest trailer at the dirtiest part of the neighborhood, she finally reached her lifetime goal as a Criminal Mastermind and could afford this beach house to settle down.

I decided to give Jessica a more relaxed space compared to the DeBateau's. While Armand and Tara are living in their mansion in The Hills area, I feel like it's more fitting for Jessica to live in a more modern (or I guess contemporary) beach house at the edge of Belladonna Cove.

This house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The stunning view of the beach is definitely the biggest selling point of the house, so that's why I put the biggest windows in the main living room area, the dining room, the study room, the master bedroom, and one of the kid's bedrooms. The garage can fit 2 cars, though of course you can put the 3rd one outside. There is a space that connects the garage, the main entrance as well as the back of the house. I wasn't sure what to put in here, so I just put some random pet stuff. There's definitely enough space for some skill-building or hobby items, so feel free to switch them out for your play.

Speaking of the back of the house, you have the beach of course and ample outdoor space with a bar, a sofa, a bbq and dining area, a hammock, and some lounge chairs. It's a great space to host a beach wedding!
