I awoke with a start at 5 am, with this house bouncing about in my head. I couldn’t wait to build it and so…here she is! Although not part of the cozy cottage series, ths house still has the charm of a small home with the space you need.

Perfect for those family Sims who can’t seem to stop reproducing, this sprawling 5 bedroom house offers room for expansion. A short hall connects the east and west wings with 4 bedrooms/2 baths on the 2nd floor, accessible from ethier wing by staircases.
