The Block is perfect for two career minded sims who want to be close to work but enjoy all the comforts of home (which you will, of course, give them since the duplexes are completely unfurnished!) For entertaining, there's a huge back patio with pool and covered ramada. The ground floor base game garages should be easily made functional with driveway and door. I also think that the duplexes could be made into apartments by removing some outside doors and converting front door to apartment. I'm not sure this will work so I have to give a disclaimer. The sim builders were really pleased to find a new tile designer, TofuSnorlax, who is now offering a large selection of custom tiles. To see a fully furnished version of the Block, please look here:
