Still considering the large country house, Santa Ana, which William has just seen, his sim realtor takes him back to town to the prime location he is seeking. The penthouse apartment in the prestigious building, Edificio Malaga, is available. The apartment building has 7 apartments, one furnished on the first floor and the furnished penthouse, and the rest unfurnished and with a lovely pool where tenants can exercise and socialize. The price of the building is 215,472 for base gamers. However, with Apartment Life, the penthouse will be much less. As we all know it's all about location, location, location, and William loves this one!

NOTE: My apologies to everyone who has downloaded this lot! I didn't get the proper GUID for my planter box mesh which I used under the windows on this lot. Please use Sims2Clean Installer to delete the planter box or just delete it from the catalog so that your Windchimes Statue will work. The planter box is a clone of that statue.
