I am a native of Florida. The Bungalow is common in my city of Tampa. It has made a big comeback in the Hyde Park area where all of the yuppies live. I happen to like them myself but can't afford one, so I made one for my sims.. We do not have basements here of course because of the water table. Fortunately in the sims I can build any style home I want. It has five bedrooms (the library could be converted to a bedroom if needed), four baths, living, dining, kitchen and great room. The lot has a pool and pond and is fully landscaped.

I hope your sim will be happy with their new home.
