I built this for my family of four sims. It is not meant to be a show piece, it is furnished but not fancy so I could keep the cost of the lot down. It does have a book case, chess table and computer as well as what is needed for daily living for the sim family who is just starting out.

I want to say thank you to fergus' mind. I had downloaded a home Moonlight Bungalow and was so taken with the siding that I used it on my home. See home here http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=490120

Unfurnished: $11,795.00

2 Bedroom
1 Bath
