Maxis Just right in Three Stages

I started to redo Maxis Just Right, and when I got to furnishing realised it wasnt going to be a starter which I didnt want! But at the same time I didnt want to leave it 'naked' so decided to do it in three stages.

Stage One is just a starter with only Kitchen and Bathroom Fixtures
No CC
Price was just over §19,000, forgot to check exact amount before going on to stage two!

Stage Two has nothing added inside but has been landscaped (only pics for outside for this one, dosn't need inside pics)
Only CC is OMSPs. They are located on the fence columns, so careful when clicking around those.
Price is §34,905

Stage Three has been furnished inside and out
Only CC is OMSPs, Klippin armchair, Benno coffee table, tv and stereo and a shower.
Price is §59,996
