The Tropical House hearkens back to gentler times of sitting on the veranda, rocking away while sipping tea with friends and family.

It is a spacious 3 story house with an open floor plan. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A butler's room with a 1/2 bath is also included. It boasts of wraparound verandas with seating groupings as well as entertainment and skilling items. The many windows allow natural light. Amenities include: Playroom, a modest exercise room, laundry room, and a small garden. Parking is under the house.

The tiling on the ceiling of the veranda lends a nice colorful addition to the decor.
