I built this for a Sim son who inherited his family's farm. He really does not care for farming but doesn't want to sell his family legacy. He has a lucrative career in business and makes enough to hire a farm hand and butler to run the day to day business of the farm. He and his family live in the 4 bedroom 3 bath home which also has a basement equipped with a lap pool, work out equipment and a home entertainment area. The second floor of the barn has an apartment for a farm/ranch foreman and wife. On the 2nd floor is also a bedroom and bath for the butler. I also used Book Nook in this build.
